4X4 - A RECLAIMING OF OUR COMMUNITY INITIATIVE
Come join BEHCC, BECA, New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church and Frankford Assc, on National Night Out, August 5th, 2008 at 7:00 pm. for some fun and community building. We will cook out, show a movie outdoors and discuss ways to improve our community. Location is 3300 Elmora Ave at St. Cloud Ave.
Belair-Edison Community Association Elections are coming up!!
Do you know anybody that would like to serve on the board? How about being one of the officers?!! Remember you have to be a current member of the association in order to run!!
Currently the fee to join the Community Association is $5.00 per year. All members of the Association receive a community newsletter. Agenda for the September 2nd Association Meeting * Opening Introduction:
Belair-Edison Community Association Meetings
Monthly meetings are held at Catholic High School, 2800 Edison Highway, the first Tuesday of the month (except January and August). Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. The BECA Board meets at New Life United Methodist Church, 4400 Parkside Drive, every third Monday of the month except for December.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Currently Dr. Ellarwee Gadsdend of Morgan State University is working with the cummunity, LISC and the NFL Grassroots Programme to have an American Football field revamped in Herring Run Park. To make this happen BECA needs your help. We need neighbors to become involved in this project that can only benefit the community and its youth.
There are many ways residents may get involved with the Community Association. Current committees are listed below
- Grants/Fundraising Committee
- Newsletter Committee
- Events Committee
- Housing and Sanitation Committee
- Public Safety Committee to include Liquor Board, Crime and Zoning
- Northeast Citizens on Patrol (COP)
